Jim won a tryout at age 27 and became the public address announcer (in-stadium voice) of the Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche for seven years, including the Stanley Cup run of 2001. Jim‘s resume includes a stint as the PA voice for the Stanford Cardinal men’s basketball team as well including countless voiceover work for various organizations throughout the years. He’s an accomplished writer with a best-selling book for teenagers in its genre. Jim has been working in real estate for the last seven years and has negotiated deals from a small condo in Lafayette to a $7MM commercial building in Louisville. He is no stranger to complicated properties, navigating the rezoning of two properties the City of Louisville referred to as “the most challenging in the city.” Contact Me
