Jim is a Boulder native having lived here over 40 years and a graduate of the University of Colorado (Journalism ’95). His diverse career prepared him well for real estate, serving for over 25 years as a pastor and broadcaster. Jim won a tryout at age 27 and became the public address announcer (in-stadium voice) of the Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche for seven years, including the Stanley Cup run of 2001. Jim‘s resume includes a stint as the PA voice for the Stanford Cardinal men’s basketball team as well including countless voiceover work for various organizations throughout the years.
